小花朵語言治療創辦人佳錚來自台灣。她在台灣讀完大學之後到田納西州讀溝通障礙科學博班，她的博士的研究為一歲中英文嬰兒牙牙學語（如：baba, mamama）的發展。因為家庭因素，她決定接著在奧勒岡州完成碩士臨床學位。她曾經在公立學區擔任語言治療師。除了小花朵語言治療，目前她也在一個0-3歲早期療育機構工作。
Chia-Cheng, the founder of Little Flower Speech Therapy LLC, is originally from Taiwan. After earning her bachelor's degree in Taiwan, she moved to Tennessee to pursue her doctoral degree. Her doctoral research focused on vocal development in Mandarin- and English-learning babies (such as: baba, mamama). She later decided to go on to complete a master's degree in speech language pathology in Oregon for family reasons
Chia-Cheng previously worked as a school-based speech language pathologist. In addition to running Little Flower Speech Therapy, she currently also works for a birth-to-three agency.
